Do you have a Razorpay, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce or Zapier integration? No. There is no payment-gateway, CRM or automation-platform connector, and no per-tenant credential store to hold one. If you need any of these, you connect them to the Chatbox AI REST API and webhooks yourself.
Do I need a developer? Not for WooCommerce or Shopify: you install the plugin, paste an API key and map each store event to one of your approved templates from the plugin's own settings screen. For anything else, yes, because anything else means calling the API.
Are integration messages charged by Meta? Yes. Business-initiated messages such as order updates, payment reminders and cart recovery are charged by Meta per message category, separately from your Chatbox AI plan. In India the rates from 1 October 2026 are ₹1.09 marketing, ₹0.145 utility and ₹0.145 authentication.
Will all of those messages be delivered? Utility messages such as order and shipping updates, generally yes. Marketing messages such as cart recovery, no: Meta throttles the marketing category and drops roughly a quarter to a third of them with error 131049. The message is accepted, sometimes charged, and never shown, and no setting changes it.

Is my data secure when I connect other apps? Each plugin authenticates with a Chatbox AI API key carrying only the scopes you tick, and you can revoke it at any time. Webhook requests from Chatbox AI are signed so your server can verify them, and messages go out on the official WhatsApp Business API from your verified number.
